Mark D. Lawrence - Director of Marketing for Digital Portal, Inc.; Mr. Lawrence has over 19 years of experience in the photographic industry. Mr. Lawrence comes to DigitalPortal, Inc. from Agfa Corporation, where over a 15 year period he held various positions within Marketing, Sales and Technical; his most recent position was that of Business Development Manager - AGFAnet. Prior to his time with Agfa, Mr. Lawrence worked for Konica U.S.A. where he was involved in the introduction and roll out of the minilab division and the first wash-less minilabs. Mr. Lawrence holds a B.S. degree in Photographic Engineering from St. Cloud State University, and has served as U.S. representative to Germany and Japan throughout his career.

F. Thurman Floyd - Director of Operations for Digital Portal, Inc.; Mr. Floyd has over 30 years of experience in the photographic industry, ranging from retail to technical. Prior to joining Digital Portal, Inc. Mr. Floyd served as Director of Fulfillment Operations for Pixel Magic. Previous to this Mr. Floyd held the position of Director of Technical Operations for Back-In-A Flash a Division of Fuji Photo Film USA. Mr. Floyd attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. Mr. Floyd is a past territorial Vice-President of the south central division of the Photo Marketing Association.
